NEWS 2016 : Ofsted has recently graded Sharon Palmer Childminding as 'Outstanding'. I am currently one of only two childcare providers in Sleaford with this grading.

About us

I am Sharon Palmer...

I am an 'Outstanding' Ofsted registered childminder, which means that I have been inspected and meet the highest of standards. 'Outstanding Education care and skills 2015/2016'. I must meet and sustain the required standards set out by Ofsted & Lincs County Council. I have regular inspections with an Inspection report which is available for your viewing on my Ofsted report page. I am also a member of 'Pacey' (Formerly NCMA) with Accredited Status, which offers essential training, support and guidence in all aspects of Childminding. I deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

I have much experience in Childcare as a mum of two and trained to NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Learning & Development as well as Paediatric First Aid trained. I have achieved many certificates and qualifications essential for my role as a Childminder including basic food hygiene . My training is kept up to date & current with the latest government legislations. I have lived in Sleaford for 18 years and in the Sleaford area all of my life. I have been a childminder for 7 years, previously working at Grantham Hospital as a Health Care Support worker.
